Page is not found.. and you also neglected to post that there are two damage deposits, unless you're not looking for one yourself.. Didn't you tell me to stop posting on your board anyway?

I am sorry that the link was broken.. it is now up to date. Why are there 2 damage deposits? This place has one as stated. Why are you so combative... are you board or something? I told you to stop posting on BWPOV because you don't live there.. this post is different... it is offering a suite for rent... sorry you feel offended by such a simple thing.

Pointe of View gets a damage deposit, and if I were renting my place, I'd ask for one too, but I guess you did not read the renting policies that your management company has in place. I don't have to stop posting there as I was invited to post there. You should follow your own example though. And no, I am not on the board.

Your quite rude.

I am well aware of all the rental policy's and don't think it matters that the damage deposit exists between a landlord and the condo. A tenant will have to pay a damage deposit no matter where they live.. it makes no difference to a tenant .... so... I have posted an add on each forum including the location in which you live, as you don't need to be invited to post on any forum.

I don't think you understand what you are doing.

What I am saying is, you are wise to have one between yourself and your tenant, but there is one that is required by Condominium First between your tenant and them, likely for damages to the building that are outside of your unit.

Stop being so grouchy and take some good advice, here I am being a nice guy so you won't get yourself into any unnecessary trouble! The fact that you said "don't think it matters" tells me you didn't do enough research.

This information is very incorrect.

Most landlords require a damage deposit of their tenants as does this one. CondoFirst does not get one cent of a damage deposit nor are they legally allowed to charge one. The Condo board can if it wishes by law charge the landlord a security damage deposit to allow them to rent the unit out. This cannot be passed onto the tenant by law. The tenant pays only the damage deposit the landlord requires and that is limited to one months rent by law.

As for Pointe of View they have nothing to do with this or anything else that goes on here. Condo First neither has any rental policies in place nor do they have any legal right to make any such policies. Only the board makes policies.

You would not have recieved any newsletter from Bridlewood POV. And CF does not produce newsletters in any building, that's not their job. That is the job of the condo's board so you might want to focus your ire on the correct party.

I am aware of the deposit that landlords have to pay to CF. I am very well informed on this. It is not the concern of the tenant to know or even be aware of the deposit that goes to CF... In no way does the tenant have anything to do with that deposit. It is a compleatley separate issue. Which also has not a single thing to do with posting a rental suite for rent on this page.

I don't need your advise and nor did I ask for it. I know far more than you think I do...
