An updated Policy Document is now online which includes the new Pet Registration Policy which requires all pets to be registred and approved by March 31 or leave the property. All residents should read it by clicking here.

The board reminds people to not abandon furniture, bbqs, or other non-household garbage in the garbage buildings. You will be fined $250 per incident plus the cost of removal as the waste company will not take such material. The board is aiming for 100% enforcement of this provision.

The moving policy has been update to add the following change: People moving must use the elevators and
the front doors only, not the side doors and not the stairwells.

Please Do Not Bring Shopping Carts on to the Property, they cause damage to our buildings and vehicles and waste our volunteers time taking them back. If caught you will be fined $250, no exceptions. It is obvious by the number of carts abandoned in the garbage buildings that some people have not got this message yet. Anyone observing a resident with a shopping cart on the property please email their unit number to the board at bwpov@condohood.com.

Visitor Parking Policy enforcement will occur at any time and without warning. Do not assume because you got away with it one night that you will the next. The city patrols at random and as many people have found out violating this policy is an expensive mistake. Resident owners have no right to park their own vehicles in Visitor Parking overnight, they are for short term visitors only as required by the City of Calgary.

Changing Light bulbs? Consider only purchasing compact fluorescent bulbs, and help us to curtail our soaring electricity cost. They last 10 times longer and use a small fraction of power that is used by old incandescent type bulbs.
