When it looks like we are going to need to start plowing the surface lot, part of visitor parking will be closed. Big orange pylons will be placed in the spots that are closed. We will start with a few spots and see how much snow we get. Do not move the pylons out of the way. If you do, your vehicle could be towed away, ticketed, and/or damaged by plowing operations. The condo corp. will not be held liable for any damage if you park in a closed spot.

Please Do Not Bring Shopping Carts on to the Property, they cause damage to our buildings and vehicles and waste our volunteers time taking them back. If caught you will be fined $250, no exceptions. It is obvious by the number of carts abandoned in the garbage buildings that some people have not got this message yet. Anyone observing a resident with a shopping cart on the property please email their unit number to the board at bwpov@condohood.com.
Visitor Parking Policy enforcement will occur at any time and without warning. Do not assume because you got away with it one night that you will the next. The city patrols at random and as many people have found out violating this policy is an expensive mistake. Resident owners have no right to park their own vehicles in Visitor Parking overnight, they are for short term visitors only as required by the City of Calgary.

Changing Light bulbs? Consider only purchasing compact fluorescent bulbs, and help us to curtail our soaring electricity costs. They last 10 times longer and use a small fraction of power that is used by old incandescent type bulbs.
